Prima. Nur, deinen Bello musst du auch an mich &#8211; dein Auto &#8211; gew\u00f6hnen. Bei manchen Hunden ist das recht einfach, bei anderen hingegen schwierig. Einige haben regelrecht Angst vor mir. Keine Ahnung, warum. Immerhin: Du kannst etwas dagegen tun. Du musst deinem neuen Kumpel zeigen, das ich ebenfalls ein Buddy bin.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Warum du Bello fr\u00fch ans Auto gew\u00f6hnen solltest<\/h2>\n<p>Wichtigste Regel: Fange damit <strong>so fr\u00fch wie m\u00f6glich<\/strong> an. Am besten schon in den ersten drei Lebensmonaten. Denn Hunde sind im Grunde nicht anders als ihr Menschen. Im hohen Alter tut ihr euch auch schwer, noch etwas neues wie eine Fremdsprache zu lernen. Kinder haben es da leichter. Ebenso Welpen. Daher ist es sogar am besten, wenn bereits der Z\u00fcchter die Welpen ans Autofahren gew\u00f6hnt. Und zwar mit f\u00fcnf, sechs Wochen. Die ersten \u201eSpazierfahrten\u201c finden dann bereits mit der Hundemama statt.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie Hunde beim ersten Autofahren reagieren<\/h3>\n<p>Ansonsten ist das erste Mal Autofahren f\u00fcr Bello kein sch\u00f6nes Erlebnis. Da kommen pl\u00f6tzlich wildfremde Leute, die ihn von seiner Familie und aus seiner vertrauten Umgebung rei\u00dfen. Dann geht es in ein brummendes Unget\u00fcm, dass wie wild durch die Gegend brettert. Die meisten Hunde sind in dem Moment <strong>extrem gestresst<\/strong> und haben schlicht Angst. Folge: Bello \u00fcbergibt sich oder pieselt auf meine Polster. Sch\u00f6n ist das nicht. F\u00fcr mich nicht und f\u00fcr dich nicht. Du musst n\u00e4mlich die Sauerei wieder wegmachen. Deinem Wauzi kannst du trotzdem nicht b\u00f6se sein. Das wimmernde Fellkn\u00e4uel hat einfach panische Angst.<\/p>\n<p>Zumal diese erste (unsch\u00f6ne) Fahrt weitreichende Folgen haben kann. Denn manche Hunde vergessen dieses erste, f\u00fcr sie erschreckende Erlebnis nie. Jede weitere Autofahrt wird so zu einem weiteren Horrortrip. Nicht sch\u00f6n f\u00fcr Bello, nicht sch\u00f6n f\u00fcr dich, nicht sch\u00f6n f\u00fcr mich. Von daher solltest du deinen neuen Kumpel eben wie gesagt so fr\u00fch wie m\u00f6glich an mich gew\u00f6hnen.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie du deinen Hund ans Autofahren gew\u00f6hnen kannst<\/h3>\n<p>Wobei das sogar recht einfach sein kann. Zum einen musst du Bello zeigen, dass ich <strong>keine Gefahr f\u00fcr ihn bin<\/strong>. Zum zweiten, das Autofahren durchaus Spa\u00df machen kann &#8211; auch Bello. Der Trick: F\u00fchre den Flohteppich ganz langsam an mich heran, quasi Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt. Beim ersten Mal m\u00fcssen wir noch nicht mal eine Runde drehen. Setze Pfiffi nur in meinen Kofferraum oder auf meine R\u00fcckbank. Lass\u2019 ihn schnuppern und die neue Umgebung kennenlernen, wie das Hunde nun mal so machen.<\/p>\n<p>Ist der Hund sch\u00f6n gr\u00f6\u00dfer oder gar auswachsen, locke ihn <strong>mit einem Leckerli<\/strong>. Hunde sind wunderbar bestechlich, das kannst du f\u00fcr dich nutzen. Hat sich Bello getraut, bei mir einzusteigen, lobe ihn. Am besten auch wieder mit einem Leckerli. Wichtig: Will er raus, lass\u2019 ihn raus. Zwinge den Hund nicht, im Auto zu bleiben. M\u00f6glich, dass er einfach eine <strong>kleine Eingew\u00f6hnungszeit <\/strong>braucht. Gib\u2019 ihm diese, wenn wir Kumpels werden sollen. Du wirst sehen, fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter merkt er, dass ich keine Gefahr bin. Er also keine Angst vor mir zu haben braucht.<\/p>\n<h3>Warum auch Bellos Ohren wichtig sind<\/h3>\n<p>Nach ein paar \u201eKaltfahrten\u201c &#8211; also ohne wirklich zu fahren -, kannst du mal meinen Motor starten. So gew\u00f6hnt sich dein Pfiffi an <strong>die Ger\u00e4usche<\/strong> meiner Maschine. Du wei\u00dft ja, Hunde sind sehr akustisch fixiert. Also musst du ihm auch beibringen, dass mein laufender Motor keine Gefahr ist.<\/p>\n<p>Wobei du Bello wieder recht einfach austricksen kannst. Indem du ihm seine gewohnte Umgebung vort\u00e4uscht. Lege einfach <strong>seine Decke oder sein K\u00f6rbchen<\/strong> in meinen Kofferraum oder auf meine R\u00fcckbank. So f\u00fchlt er sich beim Fahrer gleich viel sicherer und macht entsprechend weniger \u00c4rger. Eine <strong>Transportbox <\/strong>ist ebenfalls eine gute Idee. Weil Hunde diese nicht als Gef\u00e4ngnis sehen, sondern eher als eine Art H\u00f6hle, die Schutz bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Hat sich der Flohteppich an mich gew\u00f6hnt, kannst du <strong>erste Fahrten <\/strong>unternehmen. Aber bitte nur kurze. Einfach mal kurz um die Ecke oder eine Runde um den Block, das reicht f\u00fcr das Erste. Lass\u2019 Pfiffi aus dem Auto und belohne ihn. Sei es mit einem Leckerli, einem Spiel oder einem Spaziergang. Apropos: Wenn die Autofahrt in den Wald auf eine ausgiebige Schn\u00fcffeltour geht, verbindet dein Hund Autofahren schnell mit Spa\u00df.
